Need HELP:
I had submitted application for FAMILY VISIT VISA in Musaimeer Immigration, I checked online and it’s showing “deferred”. I went to immigration to check the reason. They were asking for Tenancy/House Contract.
I don’t have Housing Contract especially under my name. What should I do? Can anyone help me. I have a brother in law here, the husband of my wife’s sister and he has a contract. Can I use it? And immigration was asking with Baladiya Stamp. Is there a fee for that kind of attestation or stamp from BALADIYA? Thank you so much.
Sorry I can't help above comments is my mistakes I couldn't remove my comments

Hi, update on visa application - Visa approved today. One of my colleagues also applied with tenancy contract (didn't attest) and got the visa.
I applied for visit visa today. Gharafa n Mesaimeer offices asked for tenancy agreement, but Wakra didn't. I submitted my docs in Gharafa office with tenancy agreement (accepted atm) and waiting for d decision now. I am staying in company accommodatio and d tenancy contract I submitted was not attested. I had to speak to d captain to clarify tenancy contract situation. Fingers crossed!!!

As far as I know, Baladiyyah registration is not required for Visit Visas, I've already got it three times and the latter was 5months ago. but you should have the contract in your name. registration has a fee of 1% of annual rent ( if your rent is 3000 then the annual rent would be 36000 and the fee would be QR 360).
yes you need to register your rent contract at baladiya as i know
