Help!

Hello there! my husband have a business visa and submitted a tourist visa for his wife (me) and his son 3 weeks ago, my son's visa was approved instantly but mine status is " under process " is a validity date, what does that mean? And is it normal that its taking all that long time! we asked the hotel that is sponsoring the visa and they said everything is right on their side and it just depends on the immigration authorities! Is this normal ?

How long it's in under process? today immigration dept is holiday.

wait till tomorrow. if not follow up. under process should not take more than two days.
