good news(houses rent down)

i heard that starting from this year all the (houses rent) prices will be down
for 40% or more.
the reason is alot of houses are avilible and it become more than the market required .
its big chance to ask the owner to reduce the rent or get up and find some where else.

If all of us will try rent reduce 40% or more, most of the property is with real estate company or agent and they cannot hold for long time without occupancy. Present situation here lot of buildings are empty and most of the buildings are taken by Real estate company and agents and paid 2 to 3 years to the buiding owner.

I'm sure this group of students went around asking questions like "How much rent do you pay now?", and "What is the current market value?", "How much is it worth?"

"Good news", "I heard", "40% or more" seem to make the OP less credible.
