German Shepherd/Alsatian found in the front yard ...

I found a German Shepherd/Alsatian in my front yard of my house at old airport this morning....he was sleeping when i saw him ... Now i was going out he was awake and he looked hungry.i gave him like 8 chicken sausages....he looks very tired and His leg is bleeding...... I have never taken care of a dog before so I have no clue how to clean him or feed him....55822867 is my contact number.... Can someone advise or help on what to do ??? Dog shelter ??adoption ??? anything ??
