Drove past this place near the Industrial Area and saw something called "Drainage Affairs...."

What's the obsession with the word Affairs affixed to a lot of organisational bodies here? Isn't there a place related to "Minors Affairs"?????? Baffling on how such organisation names can be sanctioned...

Ahha... We also have Affairs Authority. And Authority Affairs.

and let me tell you over the period of 5 years the name changed from Drainage Affairs to Drainage Section to Drainage Department to Operation & Maintenance and now its a combination of Operation and Maintenance Division/Drainage Department.

Which is a part of Public Works Authority - Ashghal. Have you noticed the Affairs are going and "Authority" are more now lol!!
