Forty transfers in 21 years
This guy has been played around with by his political bosses for doing his job and not licking up to the top guys and the management. He has been tranferred again for doing his job and not favouring the ruling family
I have had 40 transfers in 21 years. It is very demoralising and dehumanising. If these problems are brought in sunshine, probably my decisions would appear to be normal and correct. But what happens is, inside, you are guided and directed that 'behave differently'.
If you do take an action, which you call strong but I would call as correct, then action is taken against you. It's very demoralizing and dehumanising and you feel ashamed of yourself...you think 'look, there must be something wrong with you that these things are happening'.
You get words like 'you don't get along well with others', 'there are shades of grey in life' etc. These kinds of euphemism are created to deviate you from the correct path.
Khemka said. "I have suffered 40 transfers in 20 years. I would want to know why I am transferred, so that I can take corrective action and become a better civil servant," he said.

Transferring an officer may be the prerogative of a government or management but this organization or govt. - irrespective of the party or person in power - has made a mockery of the system by deviating from all 'service' guidelines in the case of this person
blisteringbarna... exactly out here they cancel your visa and then you are a part of history like they have never known you though you contributed so much to the development process of the organization you worked with and to add insult to injury they even put a photo of you in the local newspaper "saying leaving for good" which leaves everybody, including friends wondering what this guy did wrong
I am surprised nobody asked who is Rajiv Dixit
Here only cancel RP...lol end of matter
this could happen in asia only, not applicable for gulf countries :D

He has guts... the very same mafia had Rajiv Dixit bumped off... next I think will be kejriwal
Scandalous... the guy must have been a real pain in the back for the guys who were going all out to enrich themselves. Happens a lot back home in my place too.
for still holding onto his ethics and morals. A lesser being would have long since thrown in the towel and just given into the pressure!
This is the price you pay for going against THE son in law..
Good that he has spoken out..this will give strength to Kejriwal and party.
I am surprised that he is still in a job and not pensioned off..
