wrafea..you need to wake up or you are blind. I have been to UDC tower and there amenities is by far better then FQ to say the least.FQ furniture looks old fashioned and cheap even if its not cheap it looks cheap.However that is my opinion.
Since you know so much about FQ in which year will they handover. Why is it the client must support FQ they can't be honest and transparent. We as clients enetered into agreement with FQ not UDC. So FQ should carrytheri clients interest at heart not try and ripp them of.
Since you work for First Qatar, would you tell us when EXACTLY we will actually be living in our apartments?
We don't care whether FQ thinks it is the best company or not. WE WILL NOT SIGN THIS NEW ADDENDUM they just came up with..

I do not agree with you. First Qatar is very respectable co.and they did a good job. Please visit the building and compare with others even UDC towers. You will find FQ is the best. My recommendation for the tenants is to support FQ and push UDC to finalize the utilities.
In general. The Pearl is a superp area and the future will proof this. do not miss it.
If I were you I would'nt sign it. We have sign an SPA, we have respected the term. Now they have to respect theirs... We want our flat..
Just cant understand how a NEW contract could be asked to be signed. Thats like saying "Oh we dont like the old contract, now lets just sign a new one that eliminates everything we agreed to in the past"

First Qatar is just the most dispicable firm here in Qatar. Even if UDC is behind it, FQ should stand up for its customers and not even entertain anything that changes agreements. Just shows what kind of people they really are. People who throw their dignity out the window and will bend over and cheat their mothers for a penny.
