Firefox and the peninsula

to all firefox users:
has anyone been having problems using firefox to open the peninsula newspaper website?
my fox just freezes, and i have to restart it with a new session. just wondering if its just my comp or the fox. :)

Whenever I open the peninsula page it freezes firefox for 5 to 10 seconds. Bad html on the peninsula's behalf if you ask me.

it must be something at my end then. am on the dell xps1530, using firefox3.

I know some sites need IE (thnx to microsoft), and i see the java icon popping in the tray when i open it in IE.

am i missing any add-ons?

I must say it does open very slow on my FFox. I'm on a MAC book pro.

It does work though, just rather slowly.
