Filipino
Ok...
My point was...
I have been all over the world...
And one thing I have noticed is...
Filipino's are there...
If everyone tried to go home to the pi at the same time???
You all wouldn't fit...As the PI is already full...
Anyway it was a compliment as you guys/gals are taking over the world...
And don't even know it...
I don't have a problem with that...
YAY
you are welcome.
and likewise bro..

Nah I don't agree PP are all over the world. But Indians. Yeh they beat chinese also. There is a saying
"if you beat a bush anywhere in the world, an Indian will come out of it"
I would like to thank you all for being always there for me as great friends. Being all over the world show you as most of the members here said how talented they are and how can they adjust to the new countries life whenever they go. Finding them everywhere and also you see the smile on their faces and the willing to help.
I do really appreciate my friendship with most of them and whenever I go to any place and find one. I always try to be a friend, exchanging music, talking about home, speaking few Tagalog which always amaze them [some will ask if I'm a Filipino and i would say Halo-Halo , my father is Palestinian and my mom is a Filipina :) j/k] and help with whatever i can. If someone was nice to you, why won't you do the same also and be nice too?
My best regards to all of my Filipino friends :)

Alexa...stupid me..........of course business is something else in Germany............sorry
Alexa you wrote "upon arrival bribe the guy at the pool or beach, you will always have a great spot to sit....you see, Germans don't do that. LOL."
What about the SIEMENS bribe scandal.............100 Milliarden Euros in 5 Jahren
Alexa............all I have to say is one word SIEMENS
Alexa.........thats what I love about my German friends, they sure are the best when it comes to organization, if they do something, they do it right or not all.
Jauntie....no was just a naughty boy when I was young...........actually I still am
Alexa........I never get up early enough in the morning to get a lounger......lucky if the body wakes before mid day...........and its not only the Germans that do it...........but they are damn good at it
hehehe
Hi Jauntie........that reminds of a time I was on holidy with some mates and as usual every morning the loungers at the pool had towels on them but no owners. So one night we took all the loungers and hid them..........God you should have seen the poor souls in the morning with their towels in their hand and no loungers....we laughed all day
Doesn't seem to matter where on this EARTH you travel, you will always bump into a Scot :P There aren't that many of them, but they sure spread themselves around!
Do they leave their towel on the seat so that another German can enjoy the same view of the village (or wherever) before anyone else gets out of bed?
thank you for the compliment.

You are not that right. According to Andrew11212121212121333421's stats there are almost 1 million Fillipinos in Europe. You also have to remember there are more than 1 billion Indians on this planet so they are quite easy to notice! Yeah Richard way to go!!!
PS I am a bit scared of Andrew111122243567537. He seems to know everything. I have met him and he is really smart in real life even though he is Australian.

buttercupryle: yeah i understand, that is why i am telling them to use Phi or Ph rather than PI.
andrew11121: thanks for the resource!
24M to 11M, that is way out numbered. but as seen in the wiki, the greater percentage of overseas Filipinos are in US. Too bad there is no estimated number of Indians or Nepalis here in Qatar. I'm sure they will also outnumber Filipinos plus the European expats.

yap. long live the Queen! este.. i mean long live the philippines. lol.

Anyone interested in the comparative numbers of Overseas Filipinos and Non Resident Indians may find these two sitees interesting:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-resident_Indian_and_Person_of_Indian_Origin
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overseas_Filipino
I wouldn't too much faith in the accuracy of the numbers quoted (the figure for expatritate Indians is quoted at both 24 million and 30 million, for instance, versus 11 million Filipinos) but the figures are interesting all the same.

HOSPITALITY, kind, friendly, respectful to others, loving, caring, what else? almost have it all and sa mga kababayan ko.
MABUHAY TAYONG MGA PINOY at PINAY
Proud to be a FILIPINA that's all i can say, to those who made comments for us, Thanks a lot you guys.
Keep it simple and respectful, Don't allowed others to get the wrong ideas and opinions. I'm tired of listening and the bashing to any kind of female from the others males not so appreciative.
I know my Brother Richard, that you are appreciative for them being here, make me part of it.
Remember, I just came back from the Philippines last month and I was changed with their hospitality and culture.
I'm glad that I work and live around the Philippine people. Know, I understand their country and pain better than the average person.
Last week when I did paid a visit to the american hospital with my busted right ankle those Pinoy Nurses pamper me like a kid. Honestly all I want it to do, was an x-ray to check for any fracture bones.

and I am glad they are. I like their cheerful, smiley dispositions and their helpful manner. Last time I flew into London the guy on the immigration desk was a pinoy and his name was "Boy". He said welcome to London. No one had ever said that before to me on an immigration desk.
Can you imagine how dull life in Doha would be without the Filipinas?

Although there are alot of filipinos around the world, I've seen more Indians. And Lebanese :P
I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong :P - Garfield
Just want to correct again that the PHILIPPINES can be referred as Phi or Ph not PI.
Anyway, thanks for the compliments since, in my opinion, my fellow Filipinos deserve those.
And thank you Vegas for the compliment. But from what I know, Indians are more prevalent in some countries like in Europe.
BTW, our country consists of 7,100+ islands depending whether it's HIGH TIDE or LOW TIDE ;-P and some of the islands are still inhabited. So, I think our country is not that FULL/CROWDED and we still have some places to go to. However, infrastructures and making it habitable would be another issue our own government needs to address on top of all other issues our country is facing right now.
Cheers everyone and have a very good day to you all.
