i just have a stressful call that wake me up about this exit permit.

are we living in jail? cannot even leave the country without "exit permit"!!! why on earth!

is this really necessary to have this kind of system here. any valid, acceptable, logical, practical reason for these!!!

i know....it just that its a little upsetting sometimes, anyway its all fine now. awaiting for further feedback

i like my work..so probably im staying here till a better

Exit permit is controlled to protect the companies you're working with. You can not just leave without notifying them.

Rules..either you follow or leave this country.

Its a package deal... high salaries, safe living, better standard of living etc etc and exit permit... you cannot take one and leave the other.... no point in getting pissed off.

These are called rules...your country follows it for entry, Qatar implements it both ways around

i am so horribly piss off!!! everything is so planned until i received the call that wake me up so early! my hang over just flew out of the window!

well i find it useful sometimes like if an employer took a loan and then run away to another country,but at other times it is terrible like when a coworker his mother died he wanted to travel immediately but then he had to wait for all needed papers tp proces it ,i do not think you need only 2 hrs it depends who is in charge of doing it ,where i work the man thinks he is the owner he is arrogant and want everyone to please him on the personal level or else he delays it to you,i wish there is another way of processing it,he even says it cannot be done by computer and that he needs to go personally to do it so how it will take 2 hrs only
