Employement VISA profession change

I received a job offer from qatar as project Manager.I have 24 yers of experience as mechanical engineer.Employer confiremd every thing in ther letter head as informed in interview.I received today my work entry visa valied for three months bur in this visa my profession was mentioned as Mechanic
My question is ,is possible to change this desigination at the time of obtaining resident visa.Or my designation is always as mechanic
