Email at Qatar.net.qa (not sending)

Hi peeps

I've Been facing a prib with my email since yesterday.
Using outlook , Iam able to recurve not not able to send emails.
My current settings are..

Pop3
mail.Qatar.net.qa (for both incoming and outgoing)
I try sending from qtel website and it goes through with no prob.
I called 8008000 and the agent says everything looks fine in their system.

I was able to send and recieve until yesterday and I swear dint touch th setting..
Anyone facing the same problem lately?

Its the same problem we faced last year. What we did is to temporarily log in using the web portal since port for pop is blocked.

After that we transfer our mail server to another private company and since then we did not face any problems.
