Is this another way of saying that there are men who would choose (or not choose) their "life partner" based on the appearance of "eyes , lips , nose , cheeks etc"?

I'm shocked! What sort of men make their decision about "life partners" based in a large part on our appearance? Maybe we should start paying attention to the size of a man's waist, or if he's balding!

FathimaH how can you notice the full package? one can only find out about the full package on a test drive!

I must admit to not being very attentive towards any individual features really. I am one who more or less will notice the full package rather than so and so has sharp eyes or pointy nose etc etc.

We are not buying any sheep from Mawashi tat we have to check the ears, feet, tongue before slaughtering it....errrr, i mean marriage...:)
