Can someone let me know if we can rent a car and go to UAE? I mean it's OK for crossing Saudi Arabia or not if we have owner's approval letter?

Amnesia,

Which airliner is it which has a return flight to dubai for QR 540? I checked with emirates and qatar airways, the prices were 1090 and 780 riyals.. 540 riyals would be a pretty decent, don't know why they charge so much just to Dubai. Also, if you're 3-4 people going in one car, traveling by road turns out to be cheaper that way I guess..

it's actually 540 QR to go to Dubai, so it should be cheaper or the same to go to AbuDhabi

Well I guess it would probably be much cheaper to drive there. The air fares for a return journey to dubai come to around a 1000 riyals I guess, plus it's fun for people who love to drive :D
