Driving School in Al Waab?

Does anyone know of a driving school (or more than one) in Al Waab area. I have the Marhaba book but it only lists schools near the Traffic Department. I've heard there are some schools closer to Al Waab (near my home) but don't know how to find them in English. My husband needs to get some "quick" lessons because his US driver's license expired and he has no offical license. Apparently he cannot simply register at the Traffic Department to take the road test; he must go through some form of driving school. Any help is appreciated! Thank you :)
