These two organisations advertise on QL all the time. I purchased four brand new ac's from them recently (in the last five days), and one of them is completely faulty, but the hands off attitude shown by their manager Teyseer shows that they are only interested in your money. The phone number he uses on QL is 33223306.
I am now left with a faulty AC and need to get it sorted out myself, even their engineer came to look at the problem with the AC (which ices over) and confirmed that the unit is faulty, but Teyseer is only concerned about money and has done nothing except give me all sorts of foolish stories as to why the AC might be faulty.
Stay well clear of these people.

The Ministry of Business and Trade is reminding citizens and residents of their consumer rights.
Responding to recent concerns around inflation and product quality, the ministry created the Consumer Protection Department to monitor concerns and respond to complaints.
"Let's make it clear. It is your right to expect the product you buy is safe," declares the department's latest slogan.
The provision of standards and specifications of a product's components and its production are required should adhere to the highest standards. Under the law, all products being sold in Qatar are required to display a label with product information such as list of ingredients, date of production and expiry date.
Consumers are asked to pay attention to the product label to ensure its safe usage. Do not buy a package that appears to have been damaged or tampered with.

I wonder why one should buy brand new items thru QL advertisment , Lot;s of option available all over Doha Markets ..
