Does the weather influence your mood?

The human body is negatively affected by extremes in temperature, humidity, and wind therefore an AC environment without no sunshine is becomes bit cold. This really makes your blood vessels to dilate or freeze up and thus effecting blood circulation in the body and hence hampering the nutrient transport. This then kills your level of energy making it low, thus you become tired and feel cranky and very first our mood gets effected.

As the temperature increases air can hold more moisture, so warm air is generally more humid than cold air.

Other factors such as the availability of water also affect humidity. Air in the desert can be very warm and very dry. Warm air in tropical regions tends to be moist due to the presence of large quantities of water.

The weather affects my eczema, causing it to get either better or worse. And the state of my eczema sure affects my mood..so yeah the weather sure affects my mood!

Oh and generally I tend to get edgy when it's too hot and all lethargic when too cold..so again yes, the weather affects the way I feel.

Dr Izzat Mohamed Khanjar, consultant of rheumatic ailments at HMC, told that to make sure that one does not have vitamin D deficiency one should expose one’s face, calves and both the hands and palms to sunlight for at least 30 minutes a day.

but i am really surprised that even those who are working under sunlight even they have same deficiency.....

Yesss... of course Qatar has extreme weather/environment... are you kidding me ? You mean anyone would even want to argue about this ? And yes, this summer so far actually better than usual summer weather.

For those who still doubt extremity of Qatar weather here are some facts: it is dusty, most of your life spent in air conditioned environment, outside can be hot as hell... and yes... winters are nice... yet living in a desert environment can never be good for your lounges, eyes, skin, etc etc. Lots of people develop respiratory problems such as asthma.
