Hi 600rider! I think you get all kinds of such clips at Al-Rawnaq in Souq Al Badi (Opposite Souq Deira)or try at Souq Nabina.

yes i've seen those before. try visiting one of the tiny accessories shops in one of the souqs, the little stands at shopping malls (there's one at "the mall" just opposite to mothercare and oasis), otherwise just try one of the hair salons.
