Do you have/need an escape fund ?

Been listening to the radio and a survey shows that "six out of ten women" would consider leaving their partner, if they had money of their own...

So, should couples have an escape fund...

6 out of 10 women are ungrateful and unfaithful to their husbands...they are lazy and just want an easy money...

Is 6 out of 10 a worlwide survey?

"Most women are financially-dependent to their husband", of course. it was meant to be. If the husband is a good provider, best. If the woman need to help, it's her choice!

are other options to take into account.

But having said the above, there any a number of those who use that alternative option all too easily. Recently heard of a Mr. Nice Guy's wife dumping him for another better option (in her opinion). Rather pitiful predicament he's in, near suicidal.

Quite right. Must always have a backup plan in case the power goes to his head and he erroneously thinks he's king...

But Britex, leave partner - probably not. Will just send him over to you, UK, KH and Wolfie for "counseling". ;0)

i think many husbands would contribute to the fund if they knew their wife would leave.

Lol Saad. I'm just kidding. though we have separate income, we share expenses sometimes (his share is definitely bigger!). :p

The issue is that most women are financialy "dependent" on their partners.. They would leave if they could afford it..

Seems quite a high percentage to me..

The escape fund is usually secret.. But some couples do agree to have one for the female...

I like that....which is I guess true when you look at it...Most women do stay because they are either not financially secure to start all over again or they feel its gonna be too hard doing it on their own...

Dunno whether an escape fund would help... they would probably end up fighting as to who put what in it....
