Damac Lusail

Hi there, I purchased a 3 bdrm on the Damad Lusail development and like many others am getting very frustrated by the delays as the project is now at least 3 yrs behind schedule and I would like my 40% paid down so far returned and of course Damac are not playing ball.
Has anyone out there managed to get their money back and did this involve lawyers etc.
Any advice is welcome.
