NOT IMPRESSED !!!

I want to take my son to watch tae kwon do since he been doing it for 3 mths now. Hopefully can give him some motivation after he watch the proper match.

Here i went to the City Centre to the ticketing centre next to the cinema. She said her computer have problem ... asked me to come back in 10 minutes. So i left and came back there again. She served me and found out that she can't print my tickets out. Gave my money back and asked me to go down in the sales counter the one outside Debenhams.

Went there ... tried again ... de ja vu !!! Only to find out that they also can't print my ticket. Asked the guy with the uniform are they going to get to computer fixed ? He said no idea ? I said why on earth he said no idea since he works there ? He said i only work in sales, not in the computer department. I nearly flipped ... grrr .... such a costumer service. Very helpful he was ... Another lady told me i should buy it online. Easy, fast and convenience.

So I went to the website ... opened the site ... created my account ... keyed in my credit card number in ... then voila ... the screen told me that my credit card transaction being approved. But then next screen appear ... said ... SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, YOUR TICKET ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN TO PURCHASE THE SELECTED TICKETS or CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE ON +974 488 1212

I don't want to re try to step with the credit card since it said that my credit card transaction being approved. I am sure if i tried 10 times, i will have 10 times the same problems, and surprise surprise the QNB will charge me 10 times too without able delivering me the tickets.

So while i am typing this post ... my telephone ringing the call centre. And why am I not surprise there is no answer at all? and don't think anyone will ever pick up the line in the other site.

Oh ... i forget ... WE ARE IN QATAR ... so this is qatar way ...

:-( :-(

shazbat ... what happen with your money then? i thought u suppose to print out the payment number then you still have to go to one of the outlet to collect the actual ticket which is i think it is defeat the object booking on line.

Following my saga with my tae kwon do ticket, i copy my post on here to their e-mail address and sent it. Then one of the lady call Geeta (spelling?) called me in person. She said she will sort it out and promise to call me back tomorrow. She also said there won't be any charges in my credit card, they cancelled it.

She did asked me to re-try to buy it again on line ... which i said NO WAY, too much hassle. I told her please get the system fix and let me know when i can come and buy it in cash.

The problem obviously was at their central server, so insisting to buy in various places was of no use. Try next day. I bought tickets at three different booths on various occasions and had no problem whatsoever.

LOL. Advance booking tickets for Taekwon........The best thing to do would be to rock up at the venue on match day and get a ticket.
