CID patrol near to Family Food Center
I was in the car park in Family Food Center with my two-year-old daughter and five-year-old sun on Friday around 4.00 pm and looking for a free slot to park. My wife was shopping and due to the knee fractures (using wheel chair asset) I was in car with my children. I took my daughter to my seat because she was crying for mother. Suddenly, one guy ( not a Qatari even Arabic looks like Black US) came to me and said, “You allowed to your children to sit in front passenger seat, and I took a snap and I’m going to complaint agents you “ Then I explained him to my situation and . I quired the fact that he was CID and asked to see his ID. This guy smiled and refused to give his ID. If he is police man or CID. Why he refused to show it to me . Is it possible to make a complaint against me if he is a civil person?

You can complain about him to the police in that area, they might decide to actually patrol the area to keep a watch on such imposters. I don't think you took his picture but a good description may help. The police here have every bit of information of almost everything that goes on here.
may be somebody tried to grab some money from you, when he say he will report, he expected from you to tell him that not to report you will give money, i have seen some are begging money with lot of reasons behind them, but don't take any attention on them just ask what he wants you try to call police he will runaway.

Fake. Even if the police is not in uniform, he would be in his traditional attire, anyone else is just acting smart. They have a major issue with children not using seat belts and young children riding in the front, which is a major safety problem here, so someone is just taking the task upon himself of correcting the society. Let him try talking to a local first.
tell him to go take a hike, no ID hes a fake...take a snap of him and tell him you'll report him to the Police...he'll run with his tail between his big dumb ass legs!
