Car hits pedestrian near Child. Emerg. Centre

Sorry for posting this late. This incident happened yesterday.
I was at the children's emergency hospital intersection and was driving to Al Sadd. I had to take a left. Traffic started to move from the opposite road. Meanwhile i heard a sound as if two cars collided. I looked at my left and to my astonishment, a man was lying adjacent to a car(which hit him) and he was moaning with pain. I had to move as the signal turned green and I could do nothing for that poor fellow, who was lying just 2 meters from my car. I was in a shock for the whole day. May God give him the strength to bear the pain!

Did anyone notice this incident?
