i have a valid work visa and valid Qatri driving license.
is it possible to take a rental car to there for 10 days.
if yes then any rent a car service that has cheaper rates.

Even the car you took as installment from the bank is not possible for you to take outside the country unless you fully paid. This is true for Honda vehicles.

In Saudi my friend provided with company car and they have to have a letter on hand that the owner of the car is giving them permission to bring the car crossing to Bahrain for the weekend.
