it differs like lavours.. some are happy with vanilla and some love chocolates.. some want a sinful combination of strawberry and chocolate. and making my personal preference over here would bee too vulgur.
men in general, prefer shaped.. but not the skinny ones.
and half, haven't been able to exercise daily like I used to and the muscle isn't there..used to be very muscular..so therefore the shape isn't what I like..but am working on that part..and all the other parts too..I would like to lose about 15 pounds..just what I put on...lol
So, I would like to ask everybody here (gender no bar) Are you happy with what you have? Or do you think you should loose some pounds / gain some pounds?
I think we woman are more obsessed with thin frame. But what men think is a totally different story. In that discussion see what a Dr suggests;
If you are fat (overweight) and fit you are better off health-wise than if you are thin and idle
"[Even] if everyone ate nothing but boneless, skinless chicken breasts and brown rice and exercised an hour a day, people would still have different shapes and sizes."
dated a girl I kept telling him was anorexic or bulimic. She was MAYBE 5 ft tall and dripping wet weighed maybe 90 pounds...She looked like she'd break if you hugged her to tight..so anyway..after they broke up (and guess what..he said later on..wow mom, did you know she was bulimic?? *slaps head*) Next girlfriend had a healthy shape to her, not skiiny, not fat but athletic and his comment was Gosh, sure is nice to be able to hug her and not worry about crushing her...(he's 6'5" and a very large bone structure) lol so anyway..that's how I know...
I'm all for curves...its what separates us from the boys...(ok there are other things but this is the visual part)
