my daughter is turning 2 years old in two months.
could anyone know where the best place for birthday party?
Where can we buy balloons with customized message, birthday party caps? how about clowns to perform during the occassion?

as for the party materials, you can buy party hats, balloons and more in Lulu Hypermarket (near the shool materials section)

try JUNGLE ZONE in HYATT PLAZA. They have some magic tricks show plus all you can ride in their playzone or McDonalds and Burger King...
