In the beginning of Electricity street if you go from Al Jaber Optics side, when you reach an intersection there just look to the left and you will see at least 2 shops there.
toys r us ... baby shop normally have decent bikes for kiddies.
If you have money to spend you can go to skate shack or something like that down in Salwa Road. They have very nice bike for adult and children. WOnt be cheap though.
