Bad experience from vodofone
Hi all
I am facing very bad experience from vodofone. I am using postpaid connection of vodofone and I am unable to make calls from my mobile for the past three days(I have sufficient balance in my account and have no payment issues). I have called customer service many times but they could not solve the issue. Unfortunately I have given this Vodofone number to all my local and international contact.
What should I do now? Is there a consumer court to sue these guys, I am handicaped without mobile for three days?

my friend in vodafone said we are noticing the complains, we need some time to improve our service of vodafone , hmmm
bad experience from them. i went to them they were very nice. yes sir can i/we help you i gave him the sim and told him cancel this service for good.
You are perfectly normal. Nobody really needs a mobile. Live the way your father did!
