We are expecting our 1st baby in coming weeks, we have arranged most of the things, but would highly appreciate if there are any quick last moment tips, which we might have forgotten, thanks in advance

If you are relatively ready my advice would be SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP and More SLEEP..cause your never gonna get any decent sleep again....
