Apple has nutritional value agreed...but more apt saying would be " Apple a day keeps dentist away " ..... Clean teeth are a guarenteed benifit of chewing on an apple

Sad to say..I mean I love all things healthy, well more like most things, but apples just don't work for me. if at all I can just about manage it sliced and dusted generously with chilly powder but then its not the best as far as digestion goes!

Unfortunately we do not get fresh fruits in shops nowadays although fruits appear to be fresh & ripen. Ethylene gas when passed through fruits and vegetables, they look good and ripen by the time they reach the destination...

If the doctor is handsome keep the apple away...lol.

On a serious note, one of the first foods that babies start with is semi-cooked apple cos of its nutritive and digestive benefits.
