Any idea about charities in Qatar?

I am wondering if anyone knows about charities here. My 1 year old daughter has severe hearing loss and she will be going under cochlear implant surgery which costs around 93,000 QR. Which I am not able to pay so I was told to go to cahrities but as I have no idea about charities would someone please help me how to get to these charities. I have searched online but was not much of use. I know Qatar Charity and Eid Charity are big charities aound but as i said, I have no idea how to get there. Or anyone has any other idea where to go to get help for my baby. Please help and May Allah bless you for your cooperation.
