Any british or american school that still accepts enrollees?

We recently arrived in Doha, and i was amazed to know that we couldn't find a suitable school anymore for my 6yrs old and 3yrs old kids. Most of them would advice to register so we could have placement on waiting list only! This bothers me a lot for the school year will start very soon. There's also the Canadian school (similar to American).

My Husband is a Teacher at the Newton International School. As far as I know they are still recruiting. They have an advertisement in Marhaba.
