Another Milestone in Qatar's Development

Details from the 2015 census, published by the Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics (MDPS) earlier this month, show that 60 percent of Qatar’s population was living in labor camps when the figures were collected slightly more than a year ago.

That’s up from 54 percent in 2010.

I believe that a large population of Germany also lived in labor camps during the 1930's and 40's.

WT, If we even just simply sit in a fast lane ......... results are understandable my pal ........... We need to take stock of our surroundings for safety aspects every Thursday eve ......... WE are responsible for OUR own safety ..........

Wuna, A clean mind is more welcome than taking your shower two times ....... The dirt of ill will is more harmful ..........

Yeah, it's very nice, but sometimes 11 people get killed from a fire in a "labor camp"!

Well as the old saying goes "work brings freedom". Still, it does make sense why some people are scared of showers.

That's nice, people have work for them, they take rest at near by residence than travel up & down for hrs & clog the town roads.

WT: You ninny... The labour Camps are for guest workers who are here mainly to work on the infrastructure and construction projects ....

As per recent postings ON QL, they provide good accomodation with facilities for exercise and recreation ....
