Ali Faisal, yeah, the girl in the second CCTV is hilarious. Reminds me of my childhood when we used to hunt birds with a slingshot. Sometimes the little birdies would fall down just because of the fear they would experience when they would hear the sound of a stone hitting a tree branch near them. We would have to run and catch the bird because otherwise it would fly again, perfectly unhurt.

You can mitigate the risk, but cannot completely eliminate it.

Besides, certain parking area structures I've seen in some places pose great threat to its own buildings. Parco mall in Mamoura is one. It is just a small concrete pad that barriers the ground floor car parking and the glass walls. The pad isn't enough to stop a 4x4 if an incident of this nature take place. More height the glass walls are higher the risk of lives.

ingeniero...all I know is that it was this 12 year old's birthday, and he received a Porsche to add to his collection, and was seen to drive off with it after school.

Word has it, that he also likes to tell people that they will be deported if they tell the teachers about other mischief that he seems to be fond of.
