All cash, no dash: Impotency hits demand for Kerala NRI grooms

New study claims 70% increase in impotency cases among single males from Kerala based in Middle East

Once considered a prize catch for women back home in Kerala, non-resident Indian (NRI) grooms from the Middle East are now unable to raise the same kind of excitement back home.

A new study claims a 70 per cent increase in the number of infertility and impotency cases among single males from Kerala based in the Middle East.

The study found that 80 per cent of the patients were Keralite men living in the Gulf.

Another impact is that there has been an increase in the number of infertility clinics in Kerala, many of them overcrowded with NRI patients.

“Many married men live as bachelors in the Gulf. They usually get married and come back to the Gulf within a week or two. Then it is an annual journey back to their wives in an effort to produce babies.

Joe, Most of them manage to build their villas in the later years of their career here so they spend the lonely retired lives with their wives in them while their sons grow up and come to gulf saving money for another villa!!

Most keralites working in the gulf send all their money home to build bungalows in their villages and so have nothing left to spend on ladies...haven't you heard the saying 'you lose it if you don't use it'..:)

Thats to bad. Now who will run the groceries and the tea shops in the gulf if the situation gets so bad out there in Kerala and no more people to send to the gulf. They need to take some quick action before it gets out of hand.
