Accommodation for Pinoy

I am just looking in to classified section of QL for the accommodation. I find that the people from Philippines are very active and most of the accommodations [ Say 80%]specify only Pinoy / Filipino tenant. It is OK but the most irritating part is that they repeat their very lengthy advertisement many times and if one goes from page 1 to page 3, he will find the same advertisement.
I hereby request them not to repeat the same advertisement many times and also do not write long stories.
I hereby also request QL, to open a separe section for Filipino in search option.
