I take a Karwa taxi last week from Lulu D-Ring Road to Jarir Bookstore in Salwa Road. The driver ask for 25QR, I bargain for 15 QR since the last time I had with meter was 13QR only. He ask me to get in, so I did with the thought the he agreed. When I reached Jarir he ask for 25qr. I was so angry and surprise to hear that. So I pay only 10QRs and told him that Karwa posted some news that when meter is off its free. After I get off he speed up... sorry for him.
call the police and leave it to them

you should have called police and given the taxi # thats enough, rest they will take care.
