About Custom Charges !

Hi, I bought an item from Ebay with free shipping, which cost me 20 QAR. When i collected the item from QPost, they charged me 15 QAR ? Usually the same item is available in just 30 QAR here in qatar.

Any idea, what could be the custom rates or tax or whatever charges so that from next time i can calculate the charge to be paid. Or any link from where I can get the details about it.

Similarly, I bought Mobile Cover from Gearbest.com whose cost arount $3.75 i.e. around QR 14.

But I get that item from Q-Post paying Extra QR 15.

While buying Gearbest its written free shipping to Qatar.

So, why Q-post charge for it ???

There is a flat rate of QAR1O added to all imported items for inspection. What the other 5 is for don't know
