Have you read about the "1st 1000" customers of Vodafone complaining about the services of Vodafone...

It seems that Vodafone would really have a difficult time launching its services, even on September. Even major places seems to not have coverage at all.

Complaints are part of any beta testing, infact its necessary part, maybe the guy is just advertising his new forums by just sensationalizing the Title of the post.

That's why they launch to only a few customers to start with, so they can iron out any problems before the full launch. These customers are like beta testers for a piece of software.

They expect to have complaints.

Maybe, just maybe, QTel will have to become a real company and start offering genuine customer service and crazy things like professionalism and integrity!

I can just hear them at their next board meeting "Oh, don't worry about competition in the market place. Our customers have been doing fine for years with unresponsive customer service, incorrect billing, and ridicuously long response times"

everybody thought the price war would evolve and the rates would be slashes... but unfortunately, this is distant dream.. no change in the call rates (may be extra service at cost) as the the rates are fixed by the qatar telecom regulation.. and moreover the vodafone has to pay qtel connectivity fee, which is one of the reason for dealy as this hasn't been in agreement yet..... so Qtel emerges as winner.... so wait for the game....
