And yes, they used to give 10-year Visas to Americans, but they stopped right after 911. My question is; are they back giving American these Visas again?

Are you not working now? Just my point was that most people would only come here to work so would not need one!
I still have a 10yr multiple entry business visa from '00 I think it was ;-)
Why would an american want a ten year tourist visa in the first place? if they are not working why come over here?
