A manager can inherit players, he can buy players but he still needs to put them together as a team.

Look at Liverpool, Rafa made a complete mess of that even though he spent a lot of money. Same with Phil Scolari at Chelsea who inherited a good squad.

You only have to look at his record in terms of trophies won and records broken to see what he has achieved.

Ha ha, he would be a fool to take it. What he has done with Barca is amazing and hopefully he realises that money from a backwater will not make him happy.
