Congratulations on 2022 world cup

I would like to start with the name of Allah the most merciful and the great.

I am writing to congratulate you in achieving and gaining the 2022 world cup. It is one of those moments that I am proud to be a Muslim when our brother and sisters of Qatar have excelled in achieving this momentous spectacle. I believe and I trust that the people of Qatar will deliver an amazing world cup and it will be recognised in history for its outstanding legacy.

I would also like to mention that the supporters in Government deserve immense credit for conducting such a strong campaign. I would also thank the incredibly generous sponsors and the amazing support from our bid cities and ambassadors who helped us build a great technical bid and did so much to help us promote the message.

Most importantly, thank you to every single football fan, player, coach and referee up and down the country whose passion for the game brought Qatar the world cup. I would personally like to support and help Qatar provide an amazing and unforgettable 2022 world cup to enable the world to experience the finest World Cup in history.
