What will happen to this guy?

JBH
By JBH

He is standing near his village.
Having just dropped off the food he caught for his family, like he did yesterday and the day before that.
He looks at his children he has provided for all their lives.
And his wife he has cared for and loved.
And his parents he also provides for, as they had provided for him.
He checks on his community and helps to share the load from his friends and neighbours whenever he can.

In short , he is an honest, loving man who has spent his whole life caring and providing for others and has never hurt a soul.

BUT.

He has never seen a religous book.

Never been tought a religous code.

Never said a prayer.

What will happen to him when his time comes, in your opinion?

Answers on a post card to the usual address.

Platao36 , you said(We were all created as racional beings, following an idea without questioning it and obtain satisfiing replies) sorry man but there is contradiction in your statement. being rational beings means we have brains. the difference between man and animals is "brain". The brain was given to human so they could think and make their own dissensions not to follow others whatever the idea is and that's why there is a judgment day. submitting your self to GOD is the best thing you could do in your life because that's the only reason GOD created us for. Quran (51-56) *I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me*

Winn, Just like said: "If we become a culture that is not based on any moral and religious foundation, then adultery, lying, stealing and finally murdering will simply be an option seen as normal behavior".I think the bible is the constitution and by laws that need to be followed during the time when there was no government yet. since i am Muslim, and believe that Quran is the right book, [3:85] says clearly (Anyone who accepts other than Submission as his religion, it will not be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter, he will be with the losers). However, that does NOT give me or anyone else the right to say where he is going to be. For sure ........... No one on earth can tell whats gona happen to him. To GOD belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and everything between them. He creates whatever He wills. GOD is Omnipotent.

In the amoral world, the "GUY" can be the archetype.

If he've been raised in an abusive home and never having moral or religious instruction, the GUY has created a sociopathic-thinking pattern that sees nothing wrong with killing animals or people.

Never having been taught the sixth commandment that “Thou shalt not kill,” the GUY views his task as a something normal, no different from that of fishing. Though extreme, GUY’s views demonstrate what a world without religious and moral law could logically become.

Also, tht even the ones that happen are committedon ly by those people who do not confess to any faith?

If we become a culture that is not based on any moral and religious foundation, then adultery, lying, stealing and finally murdering will simply be an option seen as normal behavior. Without a spiritual and moral foundation, GUY#2’s logic will no longer seem twisted because we will have lost any basis by which to measure it.

I havent met such people QT and as you mentioned if they are there, Allah has already put a measure to prevent such thing to happen the Quran says

"Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and reason with them in ways that are best and most gracious." (Quran 16:125)

so if they arent complying with the verse, then probably they are hitting the wrong way.

Allah said in Quran ("There is no compulsion in religion," Sura 2:257 and "Say: O you who reject faith, I do not worship what you worship, nor do you worship what I worship...To you be your religion, and to me be mine," Sura 109:1-6

"He has never seen a religous book.

Never been tought a religous code.

GOD sees all, knows all, He doesn't need you to prey, or to have a code, all you need to do up on others is what you would like others to do for you.

All religions talk about this but some people "think" God will love them more if they prey, get a pure heart and God will see it.

This is a good question. In the holy Quran this issue was treated.Allah Stated in Quran (وما كنا معذبين حتي نبعث رسولا).It means “Allah ONLY may punish after sending a Messenger". If there is no Messenger from Allah reached this guy, and he died like this, He would not be quistioned or punished and would go to heaven for sure.

Please note that Allah stated Messenger and not Prophet. As Not all Prophets are Messengers. Messenger means he carries a specific Message from Allah to people to invite them to a certain Believe or Religion, like Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohamed.

Prophet can be just a highly Believer/Religious person, but is NOT carrying a certain Message/Religion or orders from Allah to his people to invite them to believe as well, like Isaac and Jacob

So, All the Messengers are Prophets but not all the prophets are messengers.

as far as my understanding of the "BOOK", kindness is not the only criteria to be save. Wealth and intelligence will not save man from the lake of fire. You need to specifically follow what HE commanded and not what you perceived to be right. The "Book" is silent about your kind of man in this article, so don't bother to know what will happen to him?
