Actually I do not like him personally. I am not supporting most of his political strategies but I am totally agreed with our president in current situation. This is not coming from nationalist feelings, instead humanistic feelings. The moderator of the conference did not let him speak more than 12 minutes while they let Simon Peres to talk around 25 minutes. The president of a country "Simon Peres" can lie looking into the eyes of people saying that:

"The tragedy of Gaza is not Israel, it is Hamas,"

"Why did they fire rockets? There was no siege against Gaza. Why did they fight us, what did they want? There was never a day of starvation in Gaza."

while 30% of loss are children. Houses of civilians are being destroyed. Besides Gaza is under siege and borders are closed for long time.

I wish instead of a muslim country, some other countries would show their reaction more effectively against Gaza strike.

Also as I said in my first post I do not like him personally. Besides the elections I do not like being shown as we are the supporters of Hamas, and any kind of terrorist attacks. Because human life is the most valuable thing in this world. Bloodshed of any innocent person can not be tolerated. If Hamas is using bombs to make terrorist attacks on civilians I am totally against it. There is a thin line between being a terrorist and defending your country I hope both sides will find something acceptable for them. For Hamas it must be a mission for all Palestinians to stop terrorist attacks, for Israel it is mission for all world to force/push/convince them to stop sending bombs.

what Teyip Erdogan did and talking to many of my Turkish friends, so did they. It must be born in mind though that the elections are only 2 months away.

Defaultnick: I agree with you, bombing an UN school is as bad as using some civilian buildings to hide snipers, or as it was reported, using a school to hide a squad of rocket launchers, both sides should have shame of all the bloodshed.

whereas I can not see any good intention about bombing an UN school which ones coordinates are already given and was full of children. For me in this case act and intention are matching.

Otherwise you can take the life of a person in traffic accidentally but here the situations, feelings, aims and targets are clear I guess. Anyway we are on the same side hoping that people can find the right path and learn to live together. This must be their target instead of killing each other (talking for both sides-Israel and Hamas).

Only God can give or take a human life and in the End, we shall all be judged by our intentions and not by our acts.

But if you have checked it, a few days ago I have published a video. Actually it was a report made by western person who is not at any side about Gaza strike at all. Which one was showing the destruction in Gaza. Some of the Israeli soldiers came with bulldozers and destroyed even the graveyards and write on the stones "no peace make war" "you can escape but you can not hide" and such ideas. What kind of person could do such behaviors and what is the relation of defending your country and bombing a school full of children and civilians who are escaping from war.

Otherwise of course I am against all terrorists attacks of Hamas and supporters of such terrorist acts. But I believe the aim of the Gaza strike for Israel was killing as much as people, in shortest time. And now after killing more than 1400 people who are mostly children and civilians, they are saying it was a successful mission.

For judging subject. Do you think Allah gave us the authority to take lives? I do not think so. In my country we are told that one of the most important thing is the rights of human in Islam, because Allah can forgive our sins against him. You can be an alcoholic, you can be someone not praying or not fasting but if you deserve maybe Allah will forgive you. But if you have taken the rights of someone else only that person can forgive you. And as far as I know right to live is the most important human right. So we can say that we can judge people who are taking lives of people.

but it is also like a symbol of the meetings held annually for the world leaders. If you check Wikipedia you will see

"Davos (Romansh: Tavau, Italian: Tavate) is a municipality in the district of Prättigau/Davos in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland.

It is located on the Landwasser River, in the Swiss Alps, between the Plessur and Albula Range.

Davos is famous as the host to the annual meetings of the World Economic Forum (WEF), an annual meeting of global political and business elites, which is often referred to as simply Davos."

well that is how how the media people work anway. that is what Muslims have got to understand. ANyway I applaud Erdogna's actions. What is Davos anyway? Has it done anything great to the world. Except that they have feasted on the misery of the common man.
