Ghazal singer Udhas for Doha concert
Pankaj Udhas,Indian Ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas is to perform at a concert to be organised by the North Indian Association (NIA) at Hotel Inter-Continental Doha on October 15.Commercialbank is the main sponsor of the event, said the organisers.NIA president Harish N Kanjani said Udhas, a Padmashri recipient, last performed in Doha more than four years ago.
The concert is being organised as part of his forum’s “Cultural Musical Fiesta”. Udhas’s latest album Shaayar will be launched at the concert. His first album Aahat was released in 1980 and since then the singer has sung in more than hit 40 albums. For inquiries: [email protected]

Pankaj Udhas show was excellent. Hope more programmes are arranged from Gulam Ali, Jagjit Singh, Shan etc.

I wish I could attend the show, Pankajudas is one of my Idols. I love his vocal as well as poetry he choose.

Agree with drmana...recently his ghazals are more about sharab which I so not like that much..

I wish Jagjit can perform one day here too..

Love that ghazal FS. It's one of my all time favourite.

Prefer his old ghazals......lyrics were more meaningful. Mellow mood.
