Al Jazeera English are running this report saying "A British woman who claims her son was abducted by his late father's family in Qatar, has taken her fight to have him returned to the UK prime minister.

Adam Jones has himself written to David Cameron, asking to be reunited with his mother after nearly three years away from his family."

Al Jazeera's Peter Sharp reports from London.

the wordings of the report in yesterdays' GT.

It needs to be noted down how the journalists / newspapers attempt to change the public mind on a legal case.

I do feel the pain of everyone in both the families.

But, there are many gaps in the happenings.

1. like the status of the marriage of concerned.

2. and it has deep connection to the birth of a child.

3. why so quick & easy in leaving all other rights except the child on a mother's part.

4. nationality , religion & names etc of the 2nd party.

5. visiting without any invitation.

6. involving govt. in personal life particularly at a later stage.

7.

8.

9.

10.

she has signed away all rights to the money and just wants her child back, what is wrong with you people. all you see is greed on the part of a westerner (bad) but greed on the part of a local if overlooked.

AND to sum up, the poor lad wants to be back with his mother, pure and simple, what is wrong with that?

It seems like the greed was already there in their relationship from the very beginning.

Yup I have forum topiced this before. Pretty disgusting. He wants to be with his mother and she certainly wants him back. So, what's the hold up??? Years ago when she was allowed access to him, she tried to find out what he had been taught. Zilch zero, he is being held because his relatives want his late fathers money (by the way he wanted nothing to do with him whilst he was alive). So there you go folks pure and simple greed on the part of his fathers relatives

The crime of unlawfully seizing and carrying away a person by force or Fraud, or seizing and detaining a person against his or her will with an intent to carry that person away at a later time.

The law of kidnapping is difficult to define with precision because it varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Most state and federal kidnapping statutes define the term kidnapping vaguely, and courts fill in the details.

We might have a deferent/more finite definition in here.
