I live in Mansoura area, behind DOMASCO (sanyo showroom) and next to DOMASCO is Al Kahrama substation and next to that is this open ground which looks like a dumpster. A month ago I noticed two dogs in that compound at night only and last week I saw that the dogs had 5 pups and they only come out at night. If you can help them it would be great. Thanks to one of the reply's I got the contact for the dog pound or dog shelter here so will be contacting them shortly.
Please visit the Qatar Animal Welfare Society (QAWS). They shelter many wonderful dogs (and cats!) who desperately need a home. I'm sure you won't regret it!
