The fact that you are a child plus the fact that Rottweillers and labs are particularly suited to the 50 degree temperatures and love being confined and bought for a fun new toy will make you an ideal owner of a dangerous dog.
2-3 dogs (I'm not sure which breed) always wandering around our villa in Al Markhiya, behind Human Rights Dept.
One of them is a "permanent resident" which sleeps under the car, looks for food from the garbage bin, drinks water from the drips of the leak water tank etc.. He's very tame & always like to play with all the residents living in & passing by the area..
I feel pity for him for living without owner but I also cannot take care of him due to religion restriction.
If you're thinking of having one, adopting this homeless/'ownerless' dog would be a great help..
Note: If you like to check first, from Human Right dept(on your left, arab school on your right), go straight & 2nd left, straight again & 2nd left, then you'll see an open unpaved parking area on your left where normally this dog would be around..
