Can anyone adopt this lonely kitten please?

Rescued 3 kittens and someone took the other 2 but didn't take this one and he's the friendliest but now he's lonely. I can't keep because my dad doesn't allow me to keep pets.

Please let me know from which area you rescued them? before 10 days three small kittens( less than one month old) are missing from a place near to my home. Mother (cat) is very dull and i saw tears in her eyes sometime back.
