Jobs in Qatar Airways and Qatar Foundation

I am Mohammed Asif from India. Now i am in Doha. Its my great dream to achieve a job in Qatar Airways or Qatar Foundation.
I submitted my application in these two firms. But i didnt get any interviews. How can i get the jobs in these two firms?
I need the advice and information.
I would have to say keep trying, but apply for the relevant positions based on your skills. If you don't have the relevant skills or experience, it will be difficult for any organization to hire you. If it is your dream to work for these to companies, focus on the relevant skills for the job you specialize in and what he organization requires on that job.
dont depend on companies on name sick.... use your brain and hard work... you will get more than that.... already some people crying whoever working there due to oil prices down
Your Dream like parrot sitting on capok tree....If you are Ready mean you can work and earn money from any firm.....

Really great dream... There are some people living here since many years having same dream so stand in queue.
